Being specialists in re-manufacturing for over 30 years, we have the experience in re-building any type of Starter Motor or Alternator, not only for car or commercial vehicles, but also for many specialist items such as boats, vintage vehicles and lawn mowers to name but a few.

Our aim is to provide a fast and efficient service to all our customers, with quality, availability and total customer satisfaction being top priority.

Repairs

Universal offer a 'Same Day Repair Service' on any unit which is not available from stock. This is a unique service and one which our customers find invaluable.

Workshop

Our Basildon site has excellent workshop facilities. This facility enables us to offer 'Free After Sales Technical Support' to our customers from qualified technicians. This service is becoming increasingly popular as todays vehicles become more and more complex.

Delivery

From our own fleet of vans we offer a direct delivery service to customers within our designated area. If customers are outside of this then we are able to dispatch goods overnight by a recognised carrier.
